Cold Pressed Sintered Turbo Blade is a professional-grade diamond cutting blade manufactured with high-density cold pressed sintering technology. The turbo rim design provides faster cutting, smoother chip removal, stronger heat dissipation and higher stability. It features high hardness, wear resistance, long service life and low noise during operation. Compatible with most angle grinders, hand cutting machines, bench saws and masonry saws, this blade supports both dry and wet cutting, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial processing, construction site use and home decoration projects.
Applications & Suitable Scenarios
This blade is widely used for cutting and grooving of most building materials and stone materials. Typical application scenarios include:
• Stone processing: Granite, marble, bluestone, sandstone, artificial stone
• Construction engineering: Concrete, reinforced concrete, cement brick, red brick, stone curb, asphalt pavement
• Decoration & renovation: Ceramic tile, vitrified tile, ceramic, refractory brick
• It is widely applied in stone factories, construction sites, road maintenance, interior decoration, municipal engineering and equipment maintenance.
Usage Tips
• Before installation, check that the blade is free of cracks, deformation or missing segments, and ensure the arbor size and speed match the machine.
• Tighten the flange and lock the blade firmly to avoid shaking during operation.
• When cutting dry, work intermittently to prevent overheating and extend blade life.
• When cutting wet, keep continuous water supply for better cooling, dust suppression and smoother cutting.
• Maintain a steady and even feed rate; do not press hard, twist sideways or cut at an incline.
• Do not use this blade for cutting metal, glass or other non-specified materials.
• Always wear safety goggles, a dust mask, protective gloves and non-slip shoes during operation.
Common Problems & Solutions
• Chipping, edge breakage or rough cut: Caused by excessive feed speed, overheating or unsuitable blade. Slow down feeding and use water cooling if possible.
• Blade overheating or segments falling off: Caused by continuous overloading or poor cooling. Reduce working time and improve cooling conditions.
• Slow cutting or jamming: Blade is worn or material is overly hard. Replace with a new blade.
• Strong vibration or noise: Loose installation, spindle damage or blade deformation. Stop immediately, check installation and replace damaged parts.
• Short service life: Improper operation, overloading or mismatched material. Use within rated parameters and match blade to material.
