Hot Pressed Sharp Segmented AG Blade

Made with high temperature hot pressed craft, this open segmented tooth design is sharper and more responsive than ordinary turbo blades. The open gap structure clears dust and debris faster, cuts smoother and never gets stuck easily on concrete and masonry materials.

It fits most standard angle grinders and masonry saws, perfect for on-site cutting of general concrete and reinforced concrete, ideal for contractors, tilers and DIY users.

How Is It Different from a Regular Segmented Blade?

Regular segmented blades are tough and cool‑running, but sharpness isn't their focus. Some cheap ones even skate on the first cut – you have to rub them on a brick to get them going.

Our Sharp Segmented uses high‑concentration coarse diamond and a brittle‑hard bond. What does that mean? The bond isn't too soft (which would wear fast) and not too hard (which would glaze over). As you cut, dull diamond particles break away, exposing fresh sharp ones. The blade stays "alive".
