Hot Pressed Narrow Turbo Blade
Hot pressed – segments are densified under high heat and pressure. Durable, long‑lasting.
Narrow – thin core, thin kerf. Saves material.
Turbo – turbo grooves for fast chip evacuation, smooth cutting, no binding.
This combination makes it perfect for large‑format tiles, porcelain slabs, engineered stone – expensive, hard, brittle materials that need a clean cut. Narrow kerf saves your material. Low chipping saves your reputation.
Mount it on an angle grinder, tile saw, or table saw. If you work with premium tiles or stone, this is your blade.

| Application | What You Cut |
|---|---|
| Large-format tile installation | 60x120cm, 75x150cm, 90x180cm – straight or curved cuts |
| Porcelain slab fabrication | 3-12mm slabs for tabletops, feature walls, islands |
| Stone countertops | Quartz, marble – cutting to size, sink cutouts |
| Thin ceramic panels | Ceramic boards, foamed ceramic |
| Home renovation | Cutting skirting tiles, outlet holes, threshold stones |
| Job site repair | Small tile/stone cuts without big machines |
Bottom line: If you want thin kerf, minimal chipping, and a clean edge – go narrow turbo.
Core Selling Points (From Real Feedback)
1. Thin kerf – saves material, saves money
Our core thickness is 1.0-1.4mm – much thinner than standard blades (1.8-2.5mm). What does thin kerf mean? For every 100 meters cut, you save 1-2 square meters of material. A single premium porcelain slab can cost hundreds of dollars. The savings pay for dozens of blades. A countertop fabricator told us: "One job with your narrow blade pays for itself."
2. Turbo grooves – no clogging, no overheating
The turbo slots aren't just decoration. When cutting tile or porcelain, dust flies out through the grooves instead of packing on the segment. The blade stays sharp, runs cool, and won't bind. A large‑format tile installer said: "Ordinary blades start smoking halfway. Yours cuts all the way and stays cool to the touch."
3. Hot pressed segments – long life, no segment loss
Cheap blades are cold pressed or electroplated – diamonds aren't bonded well, they wear flat quickly or even lose chunks. Ours are hot pressed sintered – diamond and metal powder fuse into a dense, uniform segment. One blade outlasts two or three cheap ones. Customer's words: "Other blades die after 20-30 meters. Yours keep cutting past 100 meters."
4. Very low chipping – clean edge
The narrow turbo design balances speed and edge quality. It doesn't leave heavy tooth marks like slotted blades, and it's faster than continuous rim. The cut edge is clean, with minimal chipping. A feature wall installer: "Homeowners stare at the edge. Any chip and they want compensation. Your blade's edge passes with just a light sand."
5. Dry or wet – your choice
We offer two formulas. Dry‑cut has heat‑dissipating additives – perfect for indoor renovations or job sites without water. Wet‑cut lasts longer and produces zero dust. Tell me what you cut – I'll recommend the right one.
6. Factory direct – custom size, arbor, segment
We're the factory, not a reseller. Standard sizes ship same day. Need a non‑standard arbor (16mm, 20mm, 25.4mm)? No problem. Diameters from 100mm to 230mm. Even segment hardness can be adjusted for your specific material.
A Few Tips from Experienced Contractors
1. "Sharpen" a new blade
New blades need exposure. Make 2-3 light cuts on an old tile, fire brick, or red brick to expose diamond particles. This prevents skating on the first cut.
2. Use water for best results
If possible, add water – drip onto the cut. Water cools the blade, lubricates, and flushes dust. Blade life doubles, and there's no dust.
3. Don't push hard
The narrow turbo cuts by grinding, not gouging. Light pressure, steady speed. Pushing hard causes binding or chipping.
4. Move evenly on long cuts
For long straight cuts, hold the grinder steady and move at a constant speed. Even speed = straight cut.
5. Blade feels dull? Dress it
After dry cutting, the segment surface may glaze over. Make a few cuts on an old red brick – it'll expose fresh diamond. This "dressing" gives the blade more life.
Segment height 7mm, 10mm and 12mm for options.
