Hot Pressed Square Segmented AG Blade

This 4″, 4.5″, 5″, 7″ (100–180mm) hot pressed square segmented blade is designed for angle grinders. It is ideal for cutting granite, marble, concrete, ceramic tiles, red brick, and other hard brittle materials.

The square segmented shape provides a flatter contact surface compared to traditional turbo or U‑shaped segments, resulting in lower cutting resistance, better straight‑line tracking, and less wobble. The hot pressed sintering process creates a dense diamond‑metal bond – the segments are wear‑resistant and will not crumble.

The square segmented design allows for smoother entry. In testing on medium‑hard granite, a 4.5″ blade cuts at 8–12 inches per minute; cutting red brick is significantly faster.

Our hot pressed sintering fuses diamond particles and metal powder under high temperature and pressure – the segments are fully dense and will not break off or crumble.
