Usage Recommendations & Precautions
Before Use:
Inspect the blade for cracks or deformation. Ensure mounting direction matches equipment rotation.
Confirm equipment RPM does not exceed the maximum RPM marked on the blade.
For new blades, lightly sharpen using a refractory brick or soft material to expose diamond particles.
During Use:
Maintain a steady feed rate. Do not force or apply lateral pressure.
When hitting steel rebar, maintain steady feed – no need to slow down or withdraw.
Wet cutting with water cooling is recommended to extend blade life and reduce dust.
For dry cutting, allow the blade to run without load every 30-60 seconds to cool down.
After Use:
Clean concrete residue and dust from the blade surface.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area free from corrosive gases.
Avoid blade-to-blade contact or stacking with hard objects.
