It is specifically developed for precision cutting of ceramic tiles, porcelain, stone, slate, glass blocks, and various brittle building materials. This product is widely used in interior renovation, tile installation projects, stone processing factories, glass product cutting, and museum or historical building restoration where high cutting precision and narrow kerf width are required.
For tile cutting applications, this blade enables straight and curved cuts with clean edges and minimal chipping. It is particularly suitable for cutting antique tiles, glazed tiles, full-body tiles, and large-format porcelain panels. In stone processing, it is ideal for cutting and slotting marble, granite, slate, and engineered stone. For glass cutting, it can accurately cut flat glass and glass blocks, producing smooth edges without burrs. The blade is compatible with handheld angle grinders and table saws, operates dry without water, and is especially suitable for indoor renovation and small-scale precision cutting tasks.
This blade is manufactured using a cold pressing process, where diamond particles and metal bond are uniformly and densely compressed under high pressure, resulting in a homogeneous segment structure with low internal stress. Compared to hot-pressed sintered blades, cold pressed blades produce less vibration and lower noise during cutting, offering a smoother and more stable cutting feel, making them particularly suitable for precision work requiring high cutting accuracy.
This blade features a narrow core combined with a turbo segment design. The thin core produces a narrow kerf, reducing material waste and improving yield rates for valuable materials such as tiles and stone. The turbo segment structure provides excellent chip evacuation during cutting, reducing cutting resistance and heat buildup while significantly minimizing edge chipping, resulting in smooth and clean cut edges that require less post-polishing work.
This blade is specifically designed for dry cutting operations. The segment formula includes special heat-dissipating materials that allow rapid heat release during cutting, preventing blade overheating, core deformation, or excessive segment wear. No water cooling is required, making the blade more flexible and convenient to use, especially for indoor renovation, job sites without water access, and small-batch cutting tasks.
