What problem does the spiral design solve?

Standard cup wheels (single-row, double-row) – dust and slurry pack between segments, the wheel slows down. Turbo wheels are better, but the evacuation channels are still limited. Spiral segments create a continuous self-cleaning action – slurry and debris are expelled from between segments as the wheel spins. No loading.

Simple: standard wheels "slow down as you grind." Spiral wheels "stay fast from start to finish."

Arrow-shaped segments: The front edge is sharp like an arrow. This design allows the segment to "pierce" through coatings while performing slicing, grinding, and scraping all at once. Standard cup wheels slip or clog on thick coatings. Arrow segments bite directly in and strip coatings from the surface.

Small diameter: Typically 50mm (2″), 70mm, 75mm (3″) . Standard 7″ cup wheels are too big for corners and baseboards. Small cup wheels are designed specifically for edge grinding and tight spaces.
