The "Boomerang" grinding wheel takes its name from its segment shape – boomerang-shaped segments. This is a distinctive design among diamond cup wheels, different from common turbo, single-row, or double-row configurations.
What problem does the boomerang shape solve?
Standard cup wheels have point or line contact with the floor – small contact area, prone to bouncing, unstable, and less efficient. The boomerang shape, with its curved arc design, significantly increases the contact area between the wheel and the floor. Larger contact area means more stable, smoother grinding – no bouncing, more uniform finish.

For dry grinding, the open slot design plus large cooling holes allow air circulation – less overheating. Wet grinding with water cools faster, suppresses dust, and extends life.
