It's positioned as a high-quality daily-use blade for concrete construction, distinct from ordinary turbo blades and other models in the same series. We've optimized its material ratio and integrated molding process to focus on stable, efficient, and durable performance for daily concrete work-it's not easy to wear, runs smoothly, and is highly practical on job sites. Its professional turbo continuous tooth structure, with reasonable tooth spacing and steady cutting force, is designed specifically for cutting ordinary concrete and reinforced concrete in daily work.

Using this Hot Pressed MG Turbo Blade is simple and straightforward, even for new users, helping you save time on training and improve work efficiency:
1.Before installation, check if the blade's arbor size matches your cutting machine, and ensure the machine is powered off and disconnected from the power source to avoid safety hazards.
2.When installing, place the blade flat on the machine's flange, tighten the nut firmly (not too tight to avoid damaging the blade), and confirm there is no looseness before starting the machine.
3.For dry cutting, start the machine and let it run at idle speed for 30 seconds to warm up the blade, then start cutting at a steady speed-avoid forcing the blade to cut too fast, which may cause overheating or damage.
4.For wet cutting, ensure the water supply is stable before cutting, and keep the water flowing evenly on the blade's cutting surface to reduce dust and cool the blade.
5.After cutting, turn off the machine and wait for the blade to stop rotating completely before removing it or cleaning the machine.
